After update of VirtualBox to 3.0.12 in Mac OS-X 10.5.8, it gives a “Spawning Session” dialog window, everytime when you'll run the software.
To fix it, open a terminal.
Use command:
killall VirtualBox
"Spawning Session" resolved in VirtualBox 3.1.4
